1. はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、NIACraftive(以下「当方」)が提供するスマートフォン向けゲームアプリ「Whirlick」(以下「本アプリ」)における、利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーの内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を取得・保存する場合があります。

情報の種類	匿名ID(Firebase Anonymous Authenticationにより自動発行される識別子)。氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報は含みません。
プレイヤー名	設定画面で任意に入力できるニックネーム(最大10文字)。ランキング機能を利用する場合、他の利用者に公開表示されます。
スコア情報	プレイモード、難易度、スコア、到達タイム、記録日時。ランキング機能の提供のために送信・保存されます。
広告関連情報	広告識別子(IDFA)およびデバイス情報。Google AdMobを通じた広告配信のために取得される場合があります(iOSのApp Tracking Transparencyによる許可を得た場合のみ、パーソナライズ広告に利用されます)。
端末内保存データ	ゲーム設定、ハイスコア、購入状態、言語設定など。端末内(localStorage / Capacitor Preferences)にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。

3. 情報の利用目的

ランキング(順位表示)機能の提供
広告の配信、および広告効果の測定・最適化
ゲームの設定・進行状況・購入状態の保持
不正なスコア送信の防止、アプリの不具合対応

4. 第三者への提供・外部サービス

本アプリは以下の外部サービス(SDK)を利用しており、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータが取り扱われます。

Google Firebase(Firestore / Authentication) — ランキングデータの保存・匿名認証のために使用
Google AdMob — アプリ内広告の配信のために使用

これらのサービスの詳細については、Googleのプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、収集した情報を上記以外の第三者に提供することはありません。

5. Cookieおよびトラッキング技術

本アプリは、iOSのApp Tracking Transparency(ATT)の仕組みに従い、トラッキングに関する許可状況が未確認の場合に許可を求めるダイアログを表示します。許可されなかった場合でも、非パーソナライズ広告として広告は引き続き配信されます。

6. データの保存期間

ランキングデータは、各モード・難易度ごとの自己ベスト記録として、利用者がアプリを利用し続ける限り保持されます。端末内保存データは、アプリをアンインストールするか、利用者自身が端末の設定からデータを削除するまで保持されます。

7. 利用者の権利(データの削除など)

本アプリは匿名IDのみで管理されており、個人を特定する情報を保有していないため、通常のお問い合わせ窓口では本人確認ができません。ランキングデータの削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先まで、プレイヤー名・利用モード・おおよそのプレイ日時をお知らせください。確認の上、対応いたします。

また、ランキングに表示されている他の利用者のプレイヤー名について、不適切な内容(誹謗中傷・個人情報の記載など)を発見された場合も、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。確認の上、当該表示名の削除等の対応を行います。

8. お子様のプライバシーについて

本アプリは、氏名・生年月日・連絡先などの個人情報を意図的に収集する機能を持ちません。お子様が本アプリを利用する場合も、保護者の方が広告表示やランキング機能の内容について事前にご確認いただくことを推奨します。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、本ポリシーの内容を予告なく変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせする場合があります。

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how NIACraftive ("we", "us") handles user information in connection with the mobile game app "Whirlick" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Anonymous ID	An identifier automatically issued via Firebase Anonymous Authentication. It does not include your name, email address, or other personally identifying information.
Player name	An optional nickname (up to 10 characters) you may enter in the settings. If you use the ranking feature, this name is displayed publicly to other players.
Score data	Game mode, difficulty, score, time reached, and timestamp, sent and stored to provide the ranking feature.
Advertising-related information	Advertising identifier (IDFA) and device information, collected via Google AdMob for ad delivery. Personalized ads are only used if you grant permission via iOS App Tracking Transparency.
On-device data	Game settings, high scores, purchase status, and language preference, stored only locally on your device (localStorage / Capacitor Preferences) and never sent to our servers.

3. How We Use Information

To provide the in-app ranking (leaderboard) feature
To deliver ads and measure/optimize ad performance
To retain your game settings, progress, and purchase status
To prevent fraudulent score submissions and address app issues

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services (SDKs), each governed by its own privacy policy:

Google Firebase (Firestore / Authentication) — used to store ranking data and provide anonymous authentication
Google AdMob — used to deliver in-app advertising

Please refer to Google's privacy policy for details on these services. Other than as required by law, we do not share collected information with any third party beyond those listed above.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

In accordance with iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the App displays a permission prompt when tracking authorization status has not yet been determined. Even if permission is not granted, ads will continue to be shown as non-personalized ads.

6. Data Retention

Ranking data is retained as your personal best record for each mode and difficulty for as long as you continue using the App. On-device data is retained until you uninstall the App or delete it yourself via your device settings.

7. Your Rights (Including Data Deletion)

Because the App only identifies you via an anonymous ID and holds no personally identifying information, we cannot verify your identity through a standard support request. If you would like ranking data deleted, please contact us at the address below with your player name, the mode used, and the approximate date you played; we will review and act on your request.

If you discover inappropriate content (e.g., harassment or personal information) in another player's displayed name on the leaderboard, please also contact us using the details below so we can review and remove it if warranted.

8. Children's Privacy

The App does not include any feature designed to intentionally collect personal information such as names, dates of birth, or contact details. If a child uses the App, we recommend that a parent or guardian review the ad display and ranking features in advance.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time without prior notice. Any updated version takes effect once posted on this page. We may notify you within the App of significant changes.
